Sydney R. Prokos

Attorney Sydney R. Prokos received her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School and B.S. from University of Massachusetts, Amherst. She was an Editor on the Suffolk University Law Review and has published multiple articles. She represents clients in all aspects of business transactions, lease negotiation, and licensing matters. Additionally, her practice includes commercial and residential real estate matters and closings, as well as estate planning and administration. She is licensed to practice law in three states: Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Florida. She is active in her community and is involved in the Elder Law; International Law; and Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Sections of the Florida Bar.
