Biography
Attorney Sydney R. Prokos received her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School and B.S. from University of Massachusetts, Amherst. She was an Editor on the Suffolk University Law Review and has published multiple articles. Her practice includes representing clients in all aspects of business transactions, lease negotiation, and licensing matters. Additionally, her practice includes commercial and residential real estate matters and closings, as well as estate planning and administration. She is a member of the Massachusetts Bar.
