Nicholas J. Riccio

Attorney Riccio brings more than 25 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate law, including commercial and residential lending, condominium law, and title closing services. He has also represented clients in numerous zoning and land use matters before Planning and Zoning Boards.

In addition to his legal practice, Attorney Riccio has over 27 years of municipal experience in construction and building administration, having served as a municipal building official and building commissioner for several communities, including North Attleboro, Mansfield, Wrentham, and Foxboro. He has also served multiple terms as Interim and Acting Town Manager for the Town of Mansfield.

Attorney Riccio’s background includes extensive experience in real estate development and over 40 years working with a family-owned construction company that remains active today. He is a graduate of Curry College, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in business management, and New England Law Boston, where he received his Juris Doctor, Cum Laude. He also holds a Certificate in Local Government Leadership & Management from Suffolk University’s Sawyer School of Management and completed the Leadership Matters Program at the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy in Cambridge, MA.

Attorney Riccio is admitted to practice law in both Massachusetts and Florida. He is an active member of the Southeastern Massachusetts Building Officials, where he has served on the Board of Directors and as Vice President.
